BSL How do the guys differ in Houston than the ones in New Orleans or are they any different?
THAI Well things move a bit faster in Houston and in my opinon so do the men. In New Orleans
you can see a guy at a bar, not talk to him knowing you'd see him there next week. Houston is
so big when you meet someone there's no time to be coy. You may not run into him again in a
city packed with 4 million+ people.
BSL Okay. When the next guy comes along, will you promise to tell TheBlackSpotlight first
when you snag that newfound soulmate?
THAI You'd be the first to know besides my Mom cuz she wants Grandkids faster than I want
the next episode of LipServiceInk. com out !!! lol..
BSL What are your feelings about music today?
THAI Music and even how it’s presented to the consumer is ever-changing and taking hold to
a complete different medium (online), that in itself is amazing. I guess if you just keep waking
up you’ll see it all.
BSL Okay. So, what are you grooving to now?
THAI I love blasting old school Jazz. Im a big Billie Holiday fan.
BSL I remember reading one of your bulletins about the election. Have you decided which
candidate you are supporting yet?
THAI Obama and Hillary should run as one, now that would Ba "ROCK"!!
BSL You have lent your face to several businesses. Now I'm hearing that you are doing it
again with a hair supply company. Is that true?
THAI Yes it’s true and I couldn’t be happier. Umoja-Visions (www.Umoja-Visions.com) is a
fast growing urban hair brand and it’s where I should’ve been a long time ago. I remember
times getting my hair done and looking to the jar saying, “ I like how this product makes my hair
feel! “ I left a bookmark for the owner and here I am. They assigned me with my own stylist here
in Houston ( Hey Sniece !!! ) and I’ve been drumming up some fun games to play on
LipServiceInk.com so hair stylists all over can win Umoja-Visions products.

BSL I heard recently that you are starting something new with LipServiceInk. com called " PUB
LUB " and that your first interview is with Black Enterprise Sr VP and Editor-in-Chief, Alfred
Edmond Jr. Congratulations! Tell me more about this.
THAI Well Black Enterprise is a publication I grew up with and when I came up with this fun
promotion I wanted them so bad I could taste it. Being as though we're a fun dot com I wanted
to blend it with some fundamental reading and Black Enterprise fit like a glove. I'll be reading
pieces from their April Issue on the show.
BSL Where did you get your creative genius from?
THAI Reading anything put in front my face. I keep books in every room of my house and even
my car.
BSL A few months ago, you did a disappearing act on Myspace. I know you can't go into
details but you did reveal that someone wanted to purchase LipserviceInk from you. What was
the deciding factor for you not to do so?
