(June 29) The children and the adults who paid their tickets have spoken: Wall-E is
the #1 movie in the Box Office with $62.5M. The Disney Pixar film is a triumph tale
that takes place in 2700 and revolves around Wall-E, a robot who continues to do
his programmed job even after humans had to leave Earth. When he meets another
robot named Eve, they discover a way for the eagerly waiting humans to return from
space and back home.

In its opening weekend, the action-packed Wanted starring Morgan Freeman and
Angelina Jolie took second place to the animation but still pulled in $51.1M.

Last weekend's number one flick, Be Smart dropped two spots to #3 with $20M,
grossing $77.3M. The second animation in the top 10,
Kung Fu Panda chops into
#4 with $11.7M for a grand total of $179M since its opening weekend.

Rounding out the top 5 goes to the mean green giant,
The Incredible Hulk with
$9.23M, grossing $116M.
