The singer finally speaks up
(July 15) After keeping her lips zipped, she is finally telling all in her upcoming
memoir, Keep the Faith.
The singer will reveal intimate details of her greatly talked about relationship with the
now late rapper Christopher Wallace a.k.a. The Notorious B.I.G. She will also dispel
rumors about her affair with now deceased emcee Tupac Shakur and her bouts with
female rapper Lil Kim, Evans will, through her book, close the chapters on many of
the damaging rumors that have been obstacles in her career.
She made the following statement about the decision to write a tell-all:
BIG never got a chance to tell his story. It's been left to others to tell it for him. In
making the decision to tell my own story, it means that I've become one of those
who can give insight to who BIG really was. But I can only speak on what he meant
to me.
Faith Evans' Keep the Faith will be released through Grand Central Publishing and
will be available August 29th.
