(April 23) Best known within the last few years to play the ditzy or conniving girlfriend, actress
Meagan Good is finally stepping out of being typecast. Good will appear in the fifth sequel in
the Saw series.
The Eve's Bayou actress will play Luba, a city planner that was born into an extremely
affluent family.
Good, 26 can be seen next appearing alongside comedian Mike Myers in the summer flick,
The Love Guru and is currently filming The Unborn, a chilling thriller about a woman who
fights a spirit attempting to take over her body.
Good is no stranger to working behind the scenes. In 2006, she completed Miles From
Home and will soon began working on Sundays in Fort Greene under her production
company, Freedom Bridge Entertainment.
Since its debut in 2004, the Saw series has grossed over $387M in theaters worldwide.
Saw V will gross moviegoers out on Oct. 24.
