The hip hop artist and producer is set to release her upcoming album but it is still left untitled.
On her official web site, Missy-Elliott.com, she is asking her fans to name her seventh album.
So, what will the lucky fan get in return? Besides knowing that he or she will assisted in
naming a multi-platinum selling artist's album, a credit in the album packaging will be given
to the contributor and a $500 gift certificate from Adidas.
Elliott has been monumental in the careers for several artists because of her award-winning
songwriting and producing skills. Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson, Monica, Fantasia Barrino,
Mya, Ciara, Raven Symone and the late Aaliyah just to name a few.
She is also best known for her unique music videos and has, in the past, garnered her
recognition and constant rotation on MTV, BET and VH1.
Elliott's own hit singles, include Hot Boyz, Get Ur Freak On, One Minute Man and Lose
Control has reached mainstream appeal and her fanbase is only getting larger.
Elliott's latest single Ching-A-Ling is already blazing up the charts, in heavy rotation on radio
waves and is on the upcoming Step Up 2 the Streets soundtrack.
