(April 18) Still smoking from his debate in Philadelphia with Sen. Hillary Clinton,
presidential hopeful Barack Obama visited the Tarheel State yesterday.

Making appearances in Raleigh and Greenville, Sen. Obama spoke to North
Carolina residents about his plans once he is elected Commander-in-Chief. He
also brought up his concerns with last Wednesday debate, stating that the
moderators broke a record, waiting a whole 45 minutes before discussing the
issues.

His wife,
Michelle Obama spoke on behalf of her husband in Raleigh earlier this
month.

North Carolina has 5.4 million registered voters, 534,000 which live in Wake
County. The NC One-Stop Early runs from now to May 3rd, which will lead up to
the primary May 6th.

Currently, Obama has the leading approval rate.

Publisher's Note: I am thrilled that Sen. Obama brought up the fact that his
precious time was wasted discussing trivial issues when the real issues that
plague the country were barely mentioned. Let the past go. We have our futures
to worry about.
